My client, a very successful international leader in diagnostic imaging agents and medical devices, located in Monroe Township, NJ is looking for a new, Manager OR Sr. Manager of Data Management to join their team in a hybrid position! The position of Manager/Sr. Manager, Data Management entails the responsibility of carrying out data management tasks in support of Bracco group's global development projects. This role involves active participation as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, leading and executing Data Management activities throughout phase 1-4 studies. The Manager/Senior Manager should possess extensive understanding of the drug development process and a strong grasp of data management procedures, being capable of independently performing most tasks with minimal direction.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least five years of experience in Data Management within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry or a comparable setting under FDA regulations, which should include experience in leading studies.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the scope and objectives of Phase 1-4 clinical trials, showcasing a track record of successfully executing Data Management responsibilities and effectively collaborating with vendors.
- Experience in working with imaging agents would be advantageous.
- Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry standards such as ICH/FDA guidance, CDISC CDASH, SDTM standards, GCDMP, 21 CFR 11, MedDRA, WHO Drug Dictionaries, etc., and the ability to apply them effectively in Data Management operations.
