Logistics Purpose/Mission:
Comprehensively ensure the effective execution and control of activities corresponding to logistics processes in the Region, always seeking to fulfill the promise of service in the most efficient and profitable way.
Responsibilities:
? Guarantee compliance with the logistics profitability plan of the territory ? Ensure the proper functioning of the Warehouse in conjunction with the Logistics Coordinator ? Actively participate with the national logistics area and with the other territories seeking elements of synergy and cooperation.
? Propose and actively participate in improvements to the processes under their responsibility.
Order processing and billing:
? Carry out the daily billing process according to the territory's route management.
? Download and prepare the order transmission format in SAP to the OL ? Have permanent communication with the commercial team in terms of follow-up or news presented in the process.
? Preparation of credit notes of the territory that corresponds to products for return in good or bad condition, according to CIA policies.
? Ensure the correct control of out-of-stocks as they are generated in the billing process and notify the Logistics Coordinator and Supply Analyst.
? Preparation of transfer between warehouses of the same center.
Transport and delivery management ? Coordinate and assign loads and routes to the different transportations in the territory in conjunction with the Logistics Coordinator of the territory.
? Ensure the profitability of Cost X Serve in the routes served, giving importance to the promise of delivery in 48 or 72 hours where applicable in conjunction with the Logistics Coordinator.
? Support to drivers and sales team to resolve day-to-day concerns.
? Constant monitoring of pending orders in the warehouse ? Establish control procedures that minimize customer return of products in good condition at the time of delivery.
Management and control of inventory:
? Support the physical taking of inventories and/or cycles when required.
? Analyze the inventory rotation with the Logistics Coordinator.
Decision-making/Level of authority ? Medium, when decisions must be made in conjunction with the Logistics Coordinator and/or Territory Manager regarding news in the route or with the commercial force.
