Responsibilities - Service Appointment Coordinator
- Answer multi-line telephone in a courteous, professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors
- Schedule/coordinate appointments for auto repair/maintenance service
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications - Service Appointment Coordinator:
- Dealership experience is preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Dependable
