Responsibilities Partner with the Leadership team to develop mission focused roadmap aligned to Rocket's long-term strategy; translating the vision into short and long-term goals and deliverables.
Lead organization in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support both distributed and centralized clinical, manufacturing, quality and business operations.
Define and create IT policies and procedures including MDM and data access assuring compliance in a regulated environment (e.
g.
PCI, HIPAA, SOX, cGMP (FDA, EMEA, HPB etc.
).
Responsible for IT infrastructure including data storage, connectivity, access control protocols within a regulated environment.
Responsible for all aspects of IT operations, including data architecture/integrity, on-premises infrastructure, cloud-based systems, and information security.
Develop and oversee IT finances, including procurement, to ensure spending trends are within the annual budget forecast.
Ensure efficient and effective technical support service availability across all sites.
Accountable for company cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity processes and initiatives related to IT.
Ensure all security standards are annually reviewed, audited, and vetted with organizational leaders.
Provide risk guidance across the organization, including evaluation and recommendation of technical controls.
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards for organization-wide data, proprietary information, and related intellectual property through information security and access control management.
Assess new and emerging technologies in context of the company's strategy to maximize contribution of technology to business objectives.
Build and develop the IT team into a disciplined and effective center of excellence, while attracting and retaining top talent.
Serve as the voice of IT at the senior management level.
Communicate IT initiatives, opportunities, and risks to and between senior management team.
Qualifications Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 15
years experience in IT with at least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or a public company in proven IT leadership role 5
years experience working in an organization with in-house manufacturing capabilities Deep experience in SOX and GxP compliance, commercial experience a plus Proven experience in developing enterprise-wide systems in a regulated environment Proven knowledge of building out multi-site infrastructure including connectivity, data transfer, access and availability in a secure fashion Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently to meet demands of a fast-growing company Excellent management, leadership, organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with active-listening skills and the ability to effectively engage with all levels of employees A track record of building strong, credible relationships across the organization and external vendor partners Recommended Skills Access Controls Active Listening Business Informatics Business Planning Clinical Works Commercial Awareness Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
