The person in this role will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of our data.
He clerk will be responsible for entering and maintaining data from various sources, such as forms, surveys, and spreadsheets.
You will also be responsible for light accounting tasks, such as reconciling bank statements and processing invoices.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources into our database systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is properly archived.
Perform basic accounting tasks, such as reconciling bank statements and processing invoices.
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving inquiries regarding data entry and accounting processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong typing skills and proficiency in data entry software (e.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
