Responsibilities:
As part of contract administration, the role involves maintaining and enhancing the functionality of the Contracts Management System.
Serving as the primary point of contact for inputs and information from the Contract Management System, responsibilities include providing regular updates on essential contract deadlines, auto-renewals, and projected expirations.
Additionally, support is provided for the maintenance of a library containing standardized form documents, contract clauses, and templates.
Must-Have Skills:
3
years of Contract Administration experience Experienced working in the Life Sciences industry.
Working experience with a contract management software system.
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior experience reviewing quotes or statements of work.
Go getter mentality.
Bachelors Degree.
