SharePoint Developer, Manager

Summary of Position As a member of our IT team, the SharePoint Developer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint on-line migration and implementation. You will be a key player in the administration and evolution of our SharePoint environment. You will have the opportunity to help plan our way forward in the space by developing innovative solutions delivering the optimal end user experience. As the SharePoint Developer, you will be the point person for all SharePoint projects. This includes working with various business groups throughout the organization serving as technical lead for the IT team in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions. Examples of these solutions may include the intranet, enterprise content management and collaboration, client-facing portals, and custom business process workflows.   Roles and Responsibilities Manage, build, configure, deploy, troubleshoot and maintain enterprise-wide and departmental SharePoint platforms and services. Design and develop SharePoint applications and solutions. Manage and Administer SharePoint farm/tenant Maintain the integrity and reliability of access to information -- this includes being responsible for backup and recovery practices. Assist with creating and maintaining sites and site collections Experience with SharePoint's application services framework. Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016, SharePoint online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, PowerApps, Flows, Yammer and other Office 365 components Deploy and administer SharePoint portals. Establish and maintain end-user access policy and permissions. This may include delegating permissions authority to other users. Primary architect for all custom SharePoint solutions. This includes working with all levels of business both verbally and in writing to determine business needs and how to address them with SharePoint. Lead and perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test and deploy solutions. Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, etc. Provide expertise and support to business managers and other members of IT to determine how to best implement, support, and use SharePoint solutions. Participate in SharePoint infrastructure projects. Determine when SharePoint is not the right solution for a business problem and communicate this effectively to business leaders. Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies, and be an active member of the SharePoint tech community. Qualifications and Background Requirements College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or eight years equivalent work experience. Advanced university degree a plus MCSE and/or MCSD in SharePoint a plus Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013, 2016 and cloud administration. Working technical knowledge of current messaging and collaboration systems software, protocols, and standards, including Microsoft SharePoint. Knowledge of industry best practices for e-mail privacy and regulatory compliance, routing, filtering, monitoring, tiered storage, backup, and disaster recovery. Strong working knowledge of patch management and change control practices. Experience analyzing and documenting business processes. Extensive experience with Active Directory. Extensive supportexperience with IIS and .NET application architecture. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database management. Experience with high-availability design (failover systems and data replication). Experience in Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with Microsoft IIS/Windows, or equivalent server platforms. Experience working with, and migrating Sharepoint to the Azure cloud. Previous exposure to server virtualization technologies. Strong customer service orientation. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills. Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language. Ability to conduct research into software issues and products as required. Highly self-motivated and self-directed. Keen attention to detail. Travel Travel to other Amicus sites within the USA and globally may be necessary but limited. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
